Best way to give period for PCR

Hi All,

I want that a PCR should be active only after particular date of particular month (say from feb 22-2014 althought time evaluation will run prior to it).  I tried by delimited and changes parameters in relevant time-types but that does not work.  PCR still works.

THe option of writing PCRs with varstcuryr, varstcurmo, varstreday is there and I know it will work.

Stil, I am wondering if there are other approaches for this?
