Thanks for your reply. The functionality which we are trying to achieve here is

Passing the shopping cart number to the Back end PO and the scenario which we are having is Classic Scenario.

Tracking Number in the SRM system

The below highlighted Reqmt No is the shopping cart number from the SRM system.
